Not looking for birds, I never-the-less caught sight of some motion through my window and noted that the pair I saw were not chickadees. It didn’t take long to spot the bright yellow crown. It took much longer to get my camera set up with a long lens and on a tripod. By then they had moved. Fortunately I spotted them again in another part of my yard. These guys seem to be in constant motion so I feel fortunate to get a few photos before they departed.
